When winter set in I thought it would be summer before my property would sell. Roger and Teresa found a qualified buyer and did a lot of legwork to finalize the sale by the end of January.

The majority of our work with Roger and Teresa was done long distance. Due to their grasp of our wants and needs, we needed to make only three trips to Colorado from our home in Scottsdale , Arizona to finalize our selection and purchase the property. Roger and Teresa did all of the tedious “homework” that made our decisions easy and fun-all the while displaying grace and good humor, even though they went from selling an expensive home to just a vacant building lot.

I would certainly recommend Teresa and Roger to any individual wishing to sell their property. I have no details as to the day-to-day efforts of this team but I was certainly satisfied with the results. I have no knowledge of their negotiating skills. I feel that is probably an unfair question to all, since I was not involved. I have no idea how to rate that question so I gave in adequate but emphasize I could well be in error and they may well have done a fantastic job in negotiations. However, I will say I did appreciate the updates sent to me after each showing with a pie chart and a description of the showing realtors thoughts.

Roger and Teresa helped us recently to purchase a house in Breckenridge. Roger helped educate us on the Breckenridge market. He made sure we were aware of all the possibilities before we limited ourselves to a location and a type of property. He worked very hard to show us every house that caught our attention. Teresa and Roger took a very arduous task of dealing with unusually difficult buyers (2 different buyers who had made offers on our house we had accepted) and made the results a fair sale of our home. They went above and beyond our expectations when it came to documenting and demonstrating elements with in the sales process we were not able to do personally because of the long distance relationship of this sale. We were comfortable with them representing us and had complete trust in their judgements and recommendations. They thoroughly explained Colorado law to us regarding the sale of property and any questions we had on the written contracts presented to us. Our townhome languished on the market for over 7 months with sporadic activity and just “tirekicker” interest ; and immediately after Teresa and her spouse listed the property , and began their proactive and aggressive promotion , momentum changed and we gained confidence that a good , timely sale was in the offing.
