Year-Round Destination

This wasn’t always the case. When we moved here 25 years ago Breckenridge was still a winter destination. Summer has always been my favorite time in Breckenridge. My clients that purchase investment property in Breckenridge knew they could count on lots of rental revenue in the winter and anything in the summer was a bonus. Boy, has that changed. In the last few years people started to realize this is a full year-round fun stop!
They watched their investments pay off even higher returns. One of the best places to find great things to do in Breckenridge during the summer is below. If you are coming during a special event like the NRO music festival or Uler Fest to name a couple, I suggest you book your vacation as early as possible.
