Curious how the Breck bidding wars work?

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]

This graphic is live and basically shows that the lower end prices for homes or condos in Breckenridge, $600,000. and under are not getting into bidding wars but selling for 97 to 100% of asking price. I find this very interesting.
Seems only the higher end properties are having the bidding wars. At least for today it could change tomorrow.

Safe Dining in Breck

One way to do “Breckenridge Staying Safe” is to visit some of our restaurants that offer outdoor dining. Here are a couple of my favorites where I can feel safe by eating outside during summer in Breckenridge while looking at the slopes. These places have great views on their decks. There is nothing betting than a summer lunch, looking at the peaks.

Kenosha Steak House on Main Street is my favorite deck. You can sit there all day and watch the skiers come down the mountain.
Relish located on Main Street is also has awe-inspiring views but a little more upscale, quite and the food is wonderful.
For Breakfast, the Blue Moose, also on Main Street will often put tables outside for breakfast and you can see Peak 9 and 10 up close and personal.
Just a couple of my favorites.

Post-Covid Behavior

Hi Everybody,
So you are probably wondering what Breckenridge post covid behavior is looking like? We are still quite busy and now that the Colorado mandate has opened up many restrictions in regards to masks etc., we are almost back to normal. That being said, many people here, like everywhere else, are choosing to still wear masks. Breckenridge Main Street is back open to vehicle traffic, a couple of the restaurants have kept their outside dining pods up but slowly I am seeing them being replaced by our normal (don’t you love that word) outdoor tables getting ready for a fun summer in Breckenridge. Breckenridge staying safe is a huge concern to the town. We survive on tourism and second home owners! There are still businesses that require masks. I always wear one in City Market, but that’s just me. Breckenridge summer is going to be extra fun as everybody is ready to breathe in that fresh mountain air, exhale and enjoy. Breckenridge activities are a go and I will keep you posted as I know more and we move in to the Breckenridge post-covid summer. Wahoo!
