Working with Roger as my (buyer) agent was one pleasurable experience. I have never worked with a real estate agent of such a high standards as Roger. He did an outstanding work locating lots that would be of interest for us. In one day we were able to view them and select the one that suited us the best. Roger was very patient, always had a good advise and watched after our best interest. He negotiated very skillfully on our behalf and to our full satisfaction. Roger made the process of buying the out of state property smooth and painless. He guided us through the process, emphasized important issues that required our attention, contacted us a builder for a “second” opinion about the property and made sure there were all the important documents included in the transaction (well permit, soil test, survey of the property and other) Roger patiently assisted us through the process giving his honest advise every step of the way. We were very impressed with his work, professionalism and organization. We would not hesitate to recommend the Moens to any of our friends, they have set up the standards for real estate agent work very high. We wanted to congratulate them for their dedication to their profession.
