We asked Roger and Teresa to help us find a condo in Breckenridge earlier this year. Initially Roger spent an entire day with me visiting the various different locations we were interested in and his observations were very helpful in making our decision on which one to go for. Roger then guided us throughout the entire process; from the moment of initial offer until the moment we closed. His experience and knowledge highlighted the potential pitfalls we might encounter and his guidance was essential and very much appreciated.
