The Moen Team are the best. They are very knowledgeable of both the real estate market in Summit county and the local scene – but I would expect that from “most” Realtors. What I really appreciated was their professional attitude, they have a low pressure demeanor and most of all, their ability to know when to provide advice as well as when to back off and provide space. Buying real estate is sometimes a stressful process and many Realtors only know one speed – BUY BUY BUY. In this case, I really appreciated their ability to understand my needs, provide advice when needed and give me time to process decisions.
