Roger and Teresa helped us…

Roger and Teresa helped us recently to purchase a house in Breckenridge. Roger helped educate us on the Breckenridge market. He made sure we were aware of all the possibilities before we limited ourselves to a location and a type of property. He worked very hard to show us every house that caught our attention. In addition to helping us find the right house, he also helped guide us through all the steps that lead to closing. I’m sure he’s seen in his years of experience all the reasons that deals fall apart. He was constantly bringing to our attention every detail that we should know and reminding us of every task we needed to complete. Teresa was available to us but busy with clients of her own most of the time. Roger was great, and I keep telling him so.
