Longtime renters, first-time buyers in the Colorado ski resort market, we were pretty clueless about what was out there and what we wanted in a second home. Roger and Teresa spent almost 3 full days showing us properties and educating us about the market in Breck. They were patient, knowledgeable, great communicators. When we finally landed on a property we wanted, they were professional and timely in all offers back and forth, then extremely helpful through the entire inspection and financing processes. I feel very fortunate to have found them; they are consummate professionals. We closed a few weeks ago and could not be happier, both with our new home in Breck and our experience with the Moens. My advice to anyone looking for a realtor in Breckenridge- choose Roger and Teresa. You won’t be sorry.
