Dear Roger and Teresa, Joan and I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed working with you in pursuit of our “dream home”. Your professional and diligent approach to the process really made it enjoyable for us. With only a couple of days notice (right before New Year’s!) and only a day and a half to find our home, you made sure we saw great properties that matched our requirements. By carefully planning out our viewings prior to us arriving, you made certain that we were able to fully maximize our limited time in Breckenridge. Your excellent knowledge and analysis of the Breckenridge market allowed us to successfully negotiate a winning offer, while at the same time making sure we did not over pay for the home.
