the Breckenridge, Colorado real estate market? It’s time for our year end review!

The number of residential Breckenridge sales in 2016 (homes, condos, townhomes, duplexes, and vacant land) is down 9% vs last year. This could mean the market is starting to cool off a little.
Average prices are up 7-14%, and are approaching their all-time highs
The number of active residential listings is the lowest in 20 years
The number of listings is starting its seasonal increase: the fewest listings in January, the most listings in July.
