The number of sales is about 7% above last year, but the average selling prices are about 10% higher than last year. We are seeing some multiple offers and competing buyers. And some segments of our market, such as homes between $1 million and $2.5 million, are selling better than in the past 7 years. Yet, our prices are still well below the peak prices of late 2007.
