Breckenridge’s summer 2021 occupancy rate finishes 45.5% up from previous summer; ADR up 24%.
The destination’s summer season was a record breaker, with occupancy, average daily rate
(ADR), and revenue all setting high-water marks despite the travel environment constantly changing due to the ongoing pandemic. Strong, sustained booking trends and tremendous growth in summer room rates are now carrying through to the winter booking season. Read more
